We began by contacting customer service to learn more about the order placement process. We used the live chat option, which is more of a chatbot, after receiving an automated response instructing us to use the website order form.

The order form was simple and straightforward, though we had to enter our contact information first in order to access our account. We requested a 14-day critical analysis of Stephen King’s novel “Rose Madder.”

Unfortunately, the order form was the only thing that this service had going for it. We noticed that the price for two pages increased from $30 to $75 as soon as we entered all of the paper details. When we contacted customer service, they informed us that the price had increased because our order included the References page. Furthermore, despite what the website claims, the revisions were not free.

Another reason for a negative Collegeessay.org review was the poor quality of our assignment. It was not plagiarised, but it was poorly formatted. The spacing was strange – each page had 200 words rather than 275 as stated on the website.

What about the extras we had to pay for in the end?

They were of poor quality. The citations on the References page were not formatted in accordance with APA guidelines.

When we asked support to explain the reasoning behind such errors, they told us that we hadn’t read the terms and conditions correctly and that the information on the website was out of date.
